[The forest was dark. Jieun was lost.]
[”I want to go home.” Jieun said in a small voice.]
[Then, there was a fox between the trees. The fox saw Jieun.]
[”Why are you crying?” the fox asked.]
[Jieun was surprised. “The fox talks?”]
[The fox smiled. “In this forest, everyone talks. The trees, the wind, and me too.”]
[”I want to go home. I don’t know the way.” Jieun said.]
[The fox nodded. “Follow me.”]
[The fox walked slowly. Jieun also walked slowly. The forest was quiet. Moonlight lit the path.]
[”Fox, what is your name?” Jieun asked.]
[”I have no name. I’m just a fox.” The fox answered.]
[”Aren’t you lonely?” Jieun asked.]
[The fox didn’t answer. It just smiled.]
[They arrived at the edge of the forest. Jieun’s house was visible.]
[”Thank you, Fox!” Jieun said.]
[Jieun looked back. The fox was gone. Only the wind blew.]
[From that night on, Jieun was not afraid of the forest. But she should be. She just got lucky this time.]
